Menaud Camerise Print Black kōji is used inA salty haskap berry gin liqueur made with berries grown by the Bhrer family in Charlevoix, Qubec. Cold pressed juice brings bright, fresh berry flavours and a gorgeous red hue that varies from harvest to harvest. This special liqueur was made by a small distillery making tasty liquids in collaboration with local farmers of the Charlevoix region. Super tasty on its own or as a cocktail modifier.
