Relogio De Dali, Brazil Raspberry Varietal: BourbonThis coffee represents a blend of micro lots we put together at Henrique's cupping lab in Santo Antonio in Sul De Minas. Yellow Catucai, Mundo Novo, & Acaia form this sweet, chocolatey coffee we love as a base for our espresso, cold brew, as well as any other brewing method. This coffee is well balanced and an overall crowd pleaser. Henrique has worked with us over the past 3 years to dial in a blend that suits our taste, and Relogio De Dali (named
