Together, they played in Ozzy's solo band, the eponymous band he started after he left the iconic Black Sabbath, starting in 1979. Rhoads was originally playing with Quiet Riot but left the band to join Ozzy. They recorded two classic albums Blizzard Of Ozz and Diary Of A Madman but sadly Rhoads died in a plane crash in 1982.
