Lowestoft Rosé Brut 2017 Size::1 Bottle Margaret River ChardonnayThe Pinot Noir fruit was hand picked and whole bunch pressed. Pale salmon coloured juice was fermented cool in stainless steel tanks, to preserve freshness and purity. A small portion of Pinot Noir wine is included in the liqueur dexpedition, adding richness and complexity. This wine spent 44 months on lees.
