Each pair of rear 3-point seat belts will bolt into the existing holes of your 1967-68 Firebird's structure - in the quarter panel/trunk area and under the rear shelf panel

For Flat Panel: MCFL-9

For 1969: MCF-1

they will also ratchet back if pulled all the way out and will not loosen/release until the seat belt is fully retracted again
