See No Evil - Sauvignon Blanc 2016 750ml COL-Oktoberfest niçoise salad or juicy roast"Pale in colour with slight green hues. Fresh and delicate nose with restrained floral and trademark gooseberry aromas aiding complexity as well as wet stone and white apple notes. The palate displays vital lime, citrus and passionfruit flavours underpinned by a fine mineral acid backbone. Nicely restrained and poised version of Sauvignon Blanc that would pair brilliantly with a Goats cheese salad." No Evil Style Variety: Sauvignon Blanc Region: South
