with minimal pin point loss on one corner fold
but it looks to be the work of Eugene Savage who did illustrations for the Matson Lines from the 1930s -1950s

Condition is fair with some foxing and staining, close margins and an old repair through the title block. Image size is approximately 13. 25 x
