Good winter rains preceded average spring temperatures and a warm January. Volatile temperature swings from mid February delivered a later than expected vintage. Hand picked on 28 March, whole bunch pressed, wild yeast fermented in French oak puncheons (20% new, Vicard), 34% malolactic
