Vent Louver firepit wind chimesThe adjustable louver installs behind the upper vents of the Pyro Tower and is used to control the airflow through the top of the tower to help regulate the temperature in the cooking chamber. The louver also has notches in the top handle for securing kitchen twine to hang meat when cooking with indirect heat or smoking as shown below:
