Frank Walsh & Pat Griffin both planted Pinot Noir in 1995 on their excellent sites in our little township of Coghills Creek

The oldest portion of lambic was brewed on the 28th of November 2014

What we have is an old school Verdant style DIPA packed to the brim with Nectaron Cryo

Ferment was indigenous (conducted by yeast present on the grape skins) in stainless steel tank
