A 9ct gold vintage band ring with six fan / starburst shapes cut into it all the way round the ring

There is a central larger pearl which charmingly almosts looks as though it is hanging in the middle of the heart

the other side is shiny with no pattern

Each diamond has a square setting around each one and all sapphires are set in a way which slightly pinches into the round shape of the diamond giving it an almost cross shaped look
