Jester King - Spon Shiraz & Cabernet 2018 375ml Col-Sale Finish: Dry and lingering"Blend of spontaneously fermented beer, 75% beer from 2017 ~20 months old with 25% beer from 2015 ~3. 5 years old. Refermented with Shiraz grapes from Brenham, Texas and Cabernet Sauvignon grapes from Sulphur Bluff, Texas. For Jester King SPON, we mix water from our well with local grains in a turbid mash, boil the wort for hours with aged hops from the attic of our barn, chill the wort overnight in our coolship, 100% spontaneously ferment the beer
