Logsdon - Farmhouse Spontane Wilde 2018 375ml Size:Single Carefully selected Ethiopian coffe roasted"A blend of one and two year French oak barrel aged spontaneously fermented beer inoculated with local Hood River microflora in the koelschip on our farm. Made with Northwest grown malted barley, raw wheat, and aged whole hops, taking inspiration from traditional Belgian beers from the Senne Valley. Tart, citrus, and funky from Brettanomyces yeast, this bottle conditioned unpasteurized beer has aged quite well during its time in the bottle and is
