Na, 2021 Calcarius Organically grown grapes from JY’sTextural, skins y goodness from Campania with heaps of finesse. This is a blend of Falanghina and Coda di Volpe with a touch of Greco from two separate plots on volcanic soils in Beneveto and Montemarano. Each variety spent four days on skins before being pressed off, blended together and left for six months rest in concrete vats.
