Kit comes with 40 polished stainless steel spokes, 40 polished stainless steel nipples and a hex wrench for tightening the nipples. These should work with original hallcrafts hubs and other 40 hole 21in rims but obviously there are a million differnt combos so buyer beware. no returns on opened spoke packages. also if you need someone to lace and true your wheel hit up
