Laizhou Sherry Harmony Highland honeyed and easy drinkingI had the opportunity to try Laizhous whisky portfolio late last year at Whisky Alement, and Sherry Harmony was my favourite. This amazing whisky uses 10 different first fill sherry casks, showcasing a spectrum of sherry styles from Amontillado to Oloroso, hence the name Sherry Harmony.
