Balestri Valda Soave Classico DOC ‘Sengialta’ 2021 Spain impressed by the elegant'Sengialta' is a tiny cru vineyard enclosed by forest and a rugged cliff face, home to many of Laura's beehives and her best fruit. What a wine! It is 70% old vine Garganega and 30% Trebbiano di Soave hand harvested, separately fermented and matured in neutral 2000 litre botti (large, upright oak barrels) for two years.
