Elio, 2022 Non Alc 5 hectares of vines areA blend of high altitude Grenache and Mourvdre with bags of depth. The grapes are crushed by foot, pressed off after a week, and aged in a single old barrel until the following spring. With intense flavours of ripe fruits and a briny edge, all given a fresh lift from its height on the slope, it marries well with acid driven flavoursome dishes in the region and beyond.
