Pre Spring in Melbourne is a time of dramatic weather change punctuated by the Spring equinox, and our 2023 release is designed to reflect that, straddling a fine line between light and dark. 'Old & Husky' is an old ale brewed with Nicaraguan heirloom certified Chuno cacao husk (upcycled from Melbourne cacao artisans Mork Chocolate), treacle syrup and a small portion of barrel aged beer
