Rocky Ridge x Fox Friday 'Pride' WC IPA Size:Single herbs and green tea"We were thrilled to collaborate with the Fox Friday crew on a WCIPA that showcases our collective pride in brewing. Our goal was to create the palest possible body using just base, chit, and wheat malt. For a little extra magic, we layered the hops with Simcoe, Strata, and Idaho 7 T90 pellets early on, then bombarded the dry hops with the same three varieties.
