Its savoury, certainly zippy, and deliciously bitter from that two week whole bunch skin contact, totally refreshing. Intensely aromatic but also very light and unlike most of Jean Yves wines. Would definitely drink this on its own, but if pairing with something to eat it would go so well with seafood, or otherwise with spiced south east asian inspired
