The fine fruit character reappears on the palate which is dense and chewy

Cabernet Franc notes of blackberries and violets and Petit Verdot giving sweet musk lollies and dark jubes

Nicely rounded with soft tannins and persistent intensity make it a genuine crowd pleaser

After harvesting

our farmhouse strain captured from the Volcano on Big Island along with Ka'ohao our native lactobacillus from Kailua
