NuRevolution Chrome Base Gel Polish Sugar ScrubProvides a smooth base surface for a slick chrome application Instructions: Prep nails Apply 2 layers of Black Color Apply Chrome Base and cure for 10 secs in UV LED lamp. Apply desired Chrome Holo powder. Brush off excess powder. Apply 1 layer of Super Base and cap the free edge for long lasting and durable ware. Cure for 30 seconds in UV LED lamp. Finish with Super Top and cure for 60 seconds in UV LED lamp.
