Bon Papa, 2021 Under-20 It's hard to get moreCloudy, saline fun. Made briney from Atlantic winds from the west, and mediterranean from the South. Grapes were picked whole bunch in mid September. Pressed directly and fermented and aged in fibreglass vats. Drink in one sitting to experience it in its best light!
