Made from macerating Pinot Gris in fermented juice from a direct press of Pinot Noir for 10 days. Sweet berry dreams, with tart undercurrents. This bottle transports you into the mind of boundary pushing natural winemaking. Is it the work of a wizard, is it just 'pure art', or an experiment that went horrifically right? 'Forest Red' is most likely all of the above.
