For this DDH version, we have doubled up on Mosaic, Citra and Centennial to bring punchier aromas and a more saturating flavour experience. Mosaic is the backbone of this brew so we get a beautiful upfront hit of dark berry and lime, with a lighter tropical note of creamy mango coming through the back of the palate. The finish is soft and fruity, with a light bitterness to balance." Range
