Muto - Tinta Barroca 750ml eofy24 bitter and dry"Rustic & Perfumed, with a red fruit profile of raspberry, morello cherry & blackcurrant leaf with fragrant patchouli and cedar wood spice. Medium bodied with graphite tannins and a refreshing finish. 100% Tinta Barroca from the Bassham Family Organic and Biodynamic vineyard in Barmera, South Australia. Hand picked fruit is left mostly whole bunch, with some foot trodding to loosen up some juice for wild fermentation from the yeasts in the vineyard
