The bold prints demand attention and deserve it

As the plant matures

Silver spray will tolerate light shade although preferring a sunny spot with good drainage

There is also a little pocket in the back for keeping plant labels and other garden information safe

They prefer full sun in moist but well-drained soil

Delphinium elatum | Morning Lights The country dairy of an edwardian lady The bold prints demand attentionThis Delphinium is grown from seed from New Zealand Delphiniums. White, central 'bees' surrounded by soft mauve pink and blue outer petals, echo an early morning sun shining through the mist. This plant is substantial, solid, very hardy and reliable, with lush green foliage, bold spikes and a colour that blends with almost anything.
