14 x 5 Sisal & Cloth Buffing Wheel - Medium Orange Treatment it has a 7 inch14" X 5" Cloth and Sisal Buffing Wheel 5" with MEDIUM Orange Treatment. 1 4" Sewn, 4 ply sisal, 8 ply cloth, roughly 1 1 2 inches wide. This 14" wheel comes with a 5" center plate that has a standard 1 1 4" arbor hole. The "Cloth & Sisal" buffing wheel is made by sewing rows of sisal and cotton together (1 4 inch apart), then forming it into an airway construction. It is handy for cut down operations where the buff must be more flexible than a bias
