This time for IVY LEAGUE THE GOSPEL EDITION we took a more refined approach. We contacted one of our favourite Melbourne Whiskey Producers "THE GOSPEL" & we were able to get our hands on some of their freshly emptied Straight Rye Whiskey barrels. The aroma's in the Brewery on the the day we filled these barrels were so
