Col Fondo White, NV Portugal Grapes: NebbioloCloudy Red clay Col Fondo from Herefordshire, made on a biodynamic farm and vineyard, on the border with Wales. Its based on 2018 wine, a slow whole bunch basket pressed into a barrel of Pinot Meunier, Pinot Noir, Pinot Gris. Second fermentation kick started by 2020 blend of 1 week skin fermented Solaris and Siegrebbe, and a touch of direct pressed Pinot Meunier. No added sulphur. Party wine.
