Coffee has been the Ramirez familys livelihood for generations, and Oscar continues their traditionshand depulping cherries, drying on sieves, and threshing with wooden toolswhile adopting modern practices to improve quality and yield. The farms biodiversity, including armadillos, squirrels, and streams, creates
