Unfiltered and unpasteurized, it is refermented in the bottle for a minimum period of 6 months. The lambics used are fermented and matured in oak barrels in our facilities. They are made from must brewed by the Boon, Lindemans, Girardin and Cantillon breweries. Its taste is sour and dry but has a certain roundness
