Study of Mountains on a sunny day

Inked Bathers II sea A warm background acts asAn ink sketch of two bathers under the sun at the beach, drawn from life with loose, expressive lines. Artist: Lucia Chinaleong What inspires the artistThere is no single source of inspiration. Rather, it is the simple impulse that when something holds a certain beauty, it asks to be drawn, perhaps as a way of understanding it. The artist often returns to botanical studies, watercolor abstractions, and loose, scribbled drawings.
