The Kamon crest is one of the many Tomoe styles that incorporates elements of the Yin-Yang symbols

and elevated playing surface allows the board to make a satisfying click when pieces are placed on to it

Other than an aged patina and some minor oxidation it remains in very good condition

There are a few minor losses to the lacquer most notably on the rim

I t’s thin walls allow the tea to cool faster during the hot summer months
