Ailleurs, 2018 organic Producer: Ezio CerrutiPierre Cotton has created a super delicious red, perfect for Spring, made with a lesser known grape Mondeuse, all purchased from Julien Viana in Saint de la Porte, Savoie. Fell out of fashion in the 70s but Cotton is putting it front and centre for us all to enjoy. Vinification is carbonic maceration, whole bunches, spontaneous fermentation.
