Young Henrys x Alpha Box & Dice 'Semillon Sour' 750ml Size:Single We’re not sure if it"The golden result of a three year collaboration with Newtown's Young Henrys: meet Semillon Sour. The brewery's From Where You'd Guava Be Sour and Newtowner Pale Ale blended in old Lazarus Bianco barrels and topped with Golden Mullet Fury lees. A gently fizzy farmhouse style sour that's delightfully refreshing and crazy complex. NOSE: Melon and apricot, balanced by a subtle Brettanomyces funkiness. PALATE: Bright, tropical tones landing on the palate
