Ballistic Bunker x Dollar Bill 'Vault Barrel Aged Sour Ale' 750ml COL-Cellar The traditional way we blend"Vault was brewed in March 2020 in collaboration with Dollar Bill Brewing. We are so excited to finally share this beer with you as it's our inaugural barrel aged sour beer. Vault has been barrel conditioned for 15 months in French oak Pinot Noir barrels. It's then been blended from our four select barrels to express balanced acidity and bright fermentation characteristics." Ballistic Beer Co. Style Variety: Sour Ale Region: Salisbury, QLD & Invermay,
