Art de Prune, 2017 Calcarius Grapes (co-ferment)Back from extinction! Phillip and Sylvie are growing and bringing back the indeigenous grape Pruneland. Whilst not having enough for a single varietal wine yet, they decided to coferment the yield with Syrah and Braucol. Its both light and complex.
