D. x NMD Human Race Trail Homecoming released in June 2018 at Shaggfest, an outdoor music festival held every year in Pharrells hometown of Virginia Beach. The colorful design features N. E. R. D. embroidered in mismatched red and blue lettering atop the white knit construction of each shoe, along with bright neon green on the laces and outsole. Contrasting pops of red appear on the lace cage, EVA inserts and leather heel tabs.
