IPA - 4-pk of "Observation (Strata)" tall cans hoodie "Negative Space" is a 6"Observation" is our single hop series where we keep everything the same in the base beer and only change the dry hop. This allows us to 'observe' in a controlled way what aromas and flavours different hops give off, either alone or in a blend. For this batch, we are highlighting Strata hops from Hops Connect Canada. It's a collaboration with @hopsconnect and @yeastcanada using their finest Strata and a yeast designed to drive tropical, fruity esters.
