Sophia Lambic, 2023 Malvasia 2019 was a dryLambic pioneers Cantillon join one of Italys most celebrated natural winemakers, Cantina Giardino, in this exciting collaboration. A three year old lambic is infused with Greco grapes, those usually reserved for three Sophia cuvee, and then combined with some young lambic and bottled for a second fermentation. The result is a really unique bottle thats incredibly lively and complex, with an abundance of herbal aromas, and an moreish briny flavour.
