Crafted with organic practices, the grapes undergo a week long semi carbonic maceration with whole clusters to enhance fruitiness, followed by fermentation and a year of aging in egg shaped tanks to develop complexity. The result is a light amber hued wine with herbal and stone fruit aromas, complemented by a textured palate and sturdy structure.
