The Rare Barrel - Painting Pears 2018 BA Pear Sour 750ml Size:Single we are excited to offer"Golden sour beer aged in oak barrels with pears. Fermented with mixture of microorganisms, our blenders mixed barrels of tart saison and golden sour beers to create a canvas that would support the delicate notes of pears. Refermented with Danjou and Comice pears, Painting Pears illustrates the sweet flavors of ripe pear with undertones of crisp apple and a highlight of bright lemon zest."
