It was created by John Strype & John Stow. This survey map focuses primarily on the historic Parish of St Jamess, which in modern times would be in Piccadilly, with parts of Mayfair and Soho. In the 18th century, the names and spellings of the streets were different, German Street, Pickadilly and Oxford Street labelled as Tiborn Road, with St Jamess
