I've tidied and updated this one which pre-dates the 1955 period with a backing and edged with small beads

On silver filled hooks

It was missing it's original pin so I decided to work on it and give it a new look by adding my own beadwork to the front

But it was too heavy so I changed course and have used chain to form a necklace instead

Vintage Metal Needlecase Necklace Other I've tidied and updated thisA delightful little 1950s Czech brass needlecase with intricate metalwork to the outside and with blue and green glass stones to the front and green and red stones to the reverse. The pendant hangs from a long necklace of brass and coloured beads that complement the sewing etui.
