With each annual release the maturation can vary slightly, giving us a fresh take on the 16 year old with each year. Nose: Notes of pineapple, morello cherries and soft peat smoke introduce this dram. Palate: Tropical fruits are prominent in notes of mango and papaya, with golden syrup, coconut, dried apricots and a creamy vanilla note. Finish:
