Wildflower x Garage Project - 'Flower Shoppe' Fruited Mixed Ferm Ale 750ml Size:Single tart black-currant"Flower Shoppe is a mixed fermentation ale made with house cultures from both collaborating breweries refermented on Chardonnay grapes. Made in collaboration with Garage Project, Wellington NZ and brewed with Dave Bell, Head Brewer at their Wild Workshop. This ale was made with organic grains and aged hops. It was fermented with a mixture of Wildflowers house culture of yeast and bacteria foraged from native flowers in NSW as well as a mixed culture
