This is a blue leaf with gold running through it and touches of iridescent copper, green and turquoise. There are many London Plane trees all over the city. Their leaves can grow to a huge size and there's a big variation in the shapes and colours too. This brooch is inspired by a local tree who has quite deeply cut leaves.
