SIG P228 / P229 grips (checkered) grips These grips fit Polish modelThese grips fit Sig Sauer models P228 and P229. These are not for the Elite series pistols nor others with the newer plastic mainspring housing. Check your gun, as SIG used the larger housing on some models before it was announced, and these won't fit the larger housing without alteration. They are made from English or French walnut of the natural color, checkered on the sides. We do not stain our grips, therefore each grip is unique in color and
